I am a regenerative systems designer, developmental strategist, thriving workplace practitioner, and both a certified recruiter and coach who’s no stranger to navigating uncertainty, or the ups and downs of bringing about what’s new, next, or needs to change.

Over the past 20+ years I've learned that there is no escaping the messy middle - the only way out is through! We need to learn to pause, get curious, experiment, and embrace what emerges. Now I help leaders and teams create meaningful change, guiding and supporting them to find clarity, confidence, and innovative solutions. With a background in organizational design and learning, leadership development, people and culture processes, strategic evaluation, R&D focused on adult learning, and system change and mission impact initiatives, I work with the brave and the curious who are meeting their challenges with care and creativity.
