I am a regenerative systems designer, developmental strategist, thriving workplace practitioner, and both a certified recruiter and coach who’s no stranger to navigating uncertainty, or the ups and downs of bringing about what’s new, next, or needs to change.

Over the past 20+ years I've learned that curiosity isn’t a luxury, it’s a life-line. When chaos is too close for comfort, we need to lean in to our capacity to exhale, explore, experiment, and embrace what’s emerging. I help leaders and teams reimagine work, guiding and supporting them to find clarity, confidence, and innovative solutions. With a background in organizational design and learning, leadership development, people and culture processes, strategic evaluation, R&D focused on adult learning, and system change and mission impact initiatives, I work with the brave and the curious who are meeting their challenges with care and creativity.
