HI, I’M KATRINA
For over two decades I've partnered with leaders and organizations to design responsive approaches to their most ambitious, values-led, and genuinely unprecedented challenges. I've worked with nonprofits, community foundations, health charities, post-secondaries, arts and culture organizations, BCorps, start-ups, social enterprises, and family businesses.
My work is a mix of organizational design, developmental evaluation, and integral coaching, and in practice, they often overlap, because complex projects rarely respect those boundaries.
I spent 14 years at Banff Centre focused on Leadership Development, Human Resources, and System Change initiatives. Honing my skills there, at the intersection of Art, Leadership, and Indigenous wisdom, taught me that curiosity, experimentation, deep listening, co-creation, and humility aren't soft options. They're our most rigorous response in complexity.
I love supporting people to find agency and even joy in the messiness of their most ambitious goals.
