Momentum is a 2 month 1:1 pure coaching experience designed for leaders who are striving to make progress on key priorities, but need a little space to get clearer in order to feel confident to move through what’s new, next, or needs to change. Momentum is a safe container to help you take stock, explore different pathways, and find a pragmatic, motivating way forward through the uncertainty when your momentum has stalled out, you’re feeling stuck, or are avoid starting altogether.
The Audacity of Curiosity is a 4 month 1:1 coaching experience for values-centred leaders activating complex change in organizational contexts. Together, we focus on making sense of what is emerging in real time, both within yourself and within the systems of the change you’re working to make. We start by taking stock understanding where you might pause and invest your energy. Then, we co-create low-risk practices and experiments to support your learning and inform your decision-making as you progress.
